The Arctic is Changing

On April 24, 2015, the US took over chairmanship of the Arctic Council. 

Arctic ice is melting, which will fundamentally change how the world thinks about the Arctic, opening up opportunities like never before.  The winter maximum of Arctic sea ice was the lowest on record this year.
